HTC-Microsoft Imagine student accounts are created and or renewed after the drop/add period of the current semester (typically the 2nd week of the semester). Student's are responsible for completing the account registration process (verify their e-mail, set their own password, etc). How? Check your Office 365 e-mail account for a message from HTC-Microsoft Imagine. For Spring 2019 students, it would have been sent on January 22, 2019.
Follow the instructions in the message to complete the account registration (provide name, preferred e-mail address, and specifiy a password for the account).
